1. Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (or in-office depending on location)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Track and follow up on customer orders
- Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus
2. Marketing Specialist
Location: Hybrid (with the option to work remotely)
Job Type: Full-time
